Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Brain Docs LLC (“we,” “us”), a Michigan, USA limited liability company, covering your use of aibraindocs.com and the service it provides. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

You answer a short questionnaire, and we generate a set of markdown files about your business, including a structured context file, a knowledge base, and an action plan. We host those files so you can view, edit, download, and connect them to your own AI assistant. We also provide a library of skills and prompts you can run on your files.

Accounts and access

You sign in with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

Payment and refunds

Some features require a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. We offer a 30-day, no-questions refund: if you are not satisfied, email hello@aibraindocs.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

Your content and ownership

Your answers, and the files we generate from them, belong to you. You can download them at any time. You grant us the limited permission we need to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

The skills, prompts, templates, and software that make up the platform itself remain ours. You may use them with your own content while your account is active, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store or generate unlawful content, to abuse or overload the platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

AI-generated content

The files are generated by AI from the answers you provide. They are a strong first draft, not verified fact. We mark uncertain items so you can review them. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it or share it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You can always download your files before closing your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
