This policy explains what information AI Brain Docs LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you use aibraindocs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a Michigan, USA limited liability company. If you have questions, email hello@aibraindocs.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, used to sign you in and to send you product emails such as when your knowledge base is ready.
  • Your questionnaire answers and the markdown files we generate from them. This content is yours; we store it so you can view, edit, download, and connect it to your own AI.
  • Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a Stripe identifier tied to your purchase.
  • Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service: to authenticate you, generate and host your files, process your payment, send you service emails, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the product. Each processes data only to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Anthropic, via the Vercel AI Gateway — generating your files from your answers.
  • Resend — sending service emails.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing hello@aibraindocs.com. We will delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@aibraindocs.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
